Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Budget-Pro account and associated data,
you can submit a deletion request using the email link below.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your account and associated
personal data stored for Budget-Pro will no longer be accessible.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@budget-pro.co.za from the email address
linked to your Budget-Pro account with the subject line:

What to include
- Your registered email address
- Your full name, if applicable
- A clear statement that you want your Budget-Pro account deleted
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and login details
- Your user-entered budgets, transactions, and account information
- Associated application data linked to your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention,
or compliance purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time after confirming
the request.
